RETURN, REPLACE & REFUND

Our return and refund policy is subject to the terms and conditions given below:

  1. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been delivered in the best condition, meeting our stringent quality standards.
  2. Return, Refund or Exchange requests will be entertained only:
  • Within 24 hours of delivery, 
  • If the product(s) received are damaged or the wrong/incorrect product is delivered.
  1. In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we are here to assist you. Please promptly email pictures of the damaged or defective item(s) to support@giftzbag.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our dedicated team will thoroughly investigate the matter and reach out to you with an appropriate solution. If any refund needs to be initiated our team will generate the refund and it will take 5- 7 days for the amount to reflect back to your payment mode.
  2. We are unable to offer refunds if we have been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, and if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, or if the package is refused by the recipient.

For added assurance and to expedite the resolution process, we highly recommend making an unboxing video of the product upon its arrival. This video can serve as valuable documentation in the event of any issues with your order.

CANCELLATION
